You agree to use this website responsibly. You may not use it for any unlawful purpose or to gain unauthorized access to private galleries.

 

2. Image Rights & Use

All photos taken by Lil Angels Photography are the property of our studio. We retain rights to use images for marketing only with school or parental permission.

Parents and schools receive digital access for personal use. Downloading, sharing, or printing photos beyond personal use without permission is prohibited.

 

3. Gallery Access

Private galleries are secured and accessible only to parents, guardians, or school staff via unique login codes. Do not share access codes publicly.

 

4. Orders & Payments

All orders must be placed within the active gallery window. Due to the personalized nature of photo products, all sales are final unless there is a production error.

 

5. Cancellations & Refunds

If your child was absent on photo day or if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 14 days so we can assist. We will do 

everything reasonable to make corrections, edits or modify orders.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for technical issues beyond our control (e.g., gallery hosting outages or delivery delays due to third-party services).

 

7. Modifications

We may update these terms as needed. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the new terms.
