At Lil Angels Photography Chicago, we specialize in early childhood photography. Our process is fast, friendly, and built for busy school directors and child care centers. Whether you manage one location or an entire franchise, we make picture day a breeze from start to finish.

 

Step 1: Schedule a Date That Works for You

We’ll coordinate a photo day that fits your calendar — with options for fall, spring, graduation, or other dates that meet your school's needs.

You choose the day. We handle the rest.

 

Step 2: Picture Day Prep

Once your school is scheduled, we make sure your families and staff are fully prepared without adding anything extra to your plate.

We’ll connect directly with your designated point of contact to confirm all logistics — arrival time, setup location, classroom flow, and any special instructions. We provide printable and digital flyers to post in your school and share with parents letting them know about their Picture Day date, what to wear tips and how to access galleries.

Step 3: We Bring the Setup

We arrive early with professional lighting, adorable backdrops, and friendly photographers who know how to work with infants, toddlers, and pre-K students. No prep work is needed from your team. We know how to work fast and stay flexible — we’ve photographed schools with 20 kids or 200+.

 

Step 3: Parents Get Private Online Galleries

• In about a week, parents receive a secure link via text and email to view their child’s personal gallery, featuring multiple poses and easy online ordering options.

• Printed proof sheets are also sent to your school to provide to parents.

• Parents are able to place orders and have physical prints shipped to your school for free. Digital photo orders are sent immediately.
