What age groups do you photograph?

We work with children of all ages, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and Pre-K graduates. We’re experts in capturing little personalities — even shy or squirmy kiddos!

Is there a cost to the school?

There is no cost to your school. We’re proud to make picture day a win-win for both your team and families, and make picture day a strees free experience for your school.

How long does a photo day take?

Most centers are completed in just a few hours, depending on the number of children and classrooms. We plan efficiently so your daily schedule stays on track. For large centers, we can provide multiple photographers or split photo day over two days.

 

Do parents have to fill out forms or prepay?

We’ve eliminated paper forms entirely. After photo day, parents receive:

• A secure link to their child’s private online gallery

• Multiple professional poses to choose from

• Easy ordering from their phone or computer

• We handle all payments, printing, and shipping — so your team doesn't have to.

 

How are photos delivered?

Digital proofs are sent to parents via email and text in less then a week. Physical proofs are delivered to your school shortly after to distribute to parents. Parents are able to order photos immediately once receiving proofs. Digital photo orders ​are sent after ordering, physical photos are sent directly to the school with free shipping. Photos can also be ordered by parents later for up to a year.

Do you offer staff head shots?

Yes! We include free professional headshots for your staff — perfect for your website, classroom signs, or business cards. Staff photos are taken the same day as your school's picture day.

What about cap and gown photos or graduation pictures?

We love celebrating milestones! We provide cap & gown photo sessions for Pre-K graduates, complete with adorable props and keepsake poses. We’ll bring the gowns, caps, and staging — all you need to do is pick a date.

Can siblings be photographed together?

Yes! We love capturing sibling portraits. Just let us know in advance which children belong together — we’ll take individual and sibling poses. Parents will be able to purchase both of their children's for the price of one.

Are your photographers background-checked?

Absolutely. All team members are:

• Background-checked

• Experienced in working with young children, often with ECE backgrounds

• Trained in professional child care photography

• Friendly, patient, and highly organized

What if parents have questions or need help ordering?

We handle all parent communication and support. If a family has questions, they can contact us directly — no need for your staff to assist.
