When is picture day?

Your child’s school will send flyers, emails, and reminders with the exact date. If you’re unsure, check with your school director or email us directly.

What should my child wear?

Simple and comfortable works best! Solid colors, soft textures, and layers photograph beautifully. Try to avoid large logos, characters, or neon colors — we want your child and their personality to be the focus.

Will my child be photographed individually?

Yes! Every child gets individual portraits with multiple poses and expressions to choose from. Sibling photos are taken too.

How do I view my child’s photos?

About a week after picture day, you’ll receive a secure gallery link via text and email. From there, you can view and order your favorite images.

How do I order prints or digital images?

Just click the link to your child’s private gallery or access it from the physical proof sheets sent to your school. You can order directly from our website. We offer:

Prints in various sizes
Digital downloads
Photo gifts like keychains and magnets

Everything is shipped to your school for free in the ordering window, digital downloads are sent immediately. Photos can be ordered for up to a year.

Do I have to pay before picture day?

Nope! There are no prepayments or forms required. You only pay after you’ve seen your child’s images and selected what you love.

When will I receive my order?

Digital downloads are sent to you immediately after ordering. Physical photos orders placed in the free shipping order window are sent directly to your school about four weeks after picture day. Photos can also be ordered for up to a year.
